Travel day to San Antonio. All flights will be booked to the San Antonio International Airport (SAT). 

Upon arrival, please take an Uber or Lyft from the airport to the hotel. Uber pickup is located on the outer commercial curbside at the lower level of Terminal A,  drivers will be in the outer (left) set of lanes. You'll need to exit from the lower level of Terminal A to meet your driver.  The SAT airport is located about 20-25 minutes from the hotel.  The address to the hotel is: 9800 Hyatt Resort Drive, San Antonio, Texas 78251

*** Check-in time is 4:00pm. Early check-in was requested for early arrivals but this is not guaranteed.  

Please note that a hold will be placed on your credit card for incidentals at the time of check-in. The unused amount will be released back to your credit card within 7 days of checking out! If you do not have a credit card and need to use a debit card, please note the hold will deduct money out of your account until you check out. 

6:00 - 8:00 PM - Welcome Reception. We will be hosting an welcome reception tonight in the Springhouse Porch! Drinks and small bites will be served. Please note that this reception is optional and not mandatory to attend.

For those looking for a nightcap after the reception, Charlie's Long Bar, is located at the hotel and is open until 12:00am. Enjoy multiple flat-screen TVs, shuffleboard, billiards, darts and more.

9:00am - 3:00pm- Constructor SKO Meetings - Content days will be hosted in the Fredericksburg A-D meeting room. More details to follow on the agenda. 

3:30 - 5:00pm - Constructor Team Building Activity - After today's meetings we will be hosting a both a Pickleball Tournament and Margarita Making Competition at the hotel. Find out more details on your selected activity on your personalized itinerary.

7:00pm-9:30pm: Cowboy Up Constructor!  Join us tonight for dinner and fun at Henry's Hollow, located right at the hotel. Dinner and drinks will be served.

4:30 - 6:30pm - Constructor Takes the Riverwalk! This afternoon we will be heading to historic San Antonio Riverwalk for some fun and team building!

7:00-10:00pm: SKO Dinner Celebration - Immediately following the team activity, join us for dinner, drinks, music, and fun!
