Travel day to Lisbon. All flights will be booked to the Lisbon's International Airport (LIS). A reminder for those traveling from the US, you will depart on November 16th to arrive on the 17th for the start of the event.

Upon arrival, please take an Uber or Taxi from the airport to the hotel. Uber/Bolt is readily available at the airport. After you’ve landed at the airport, request a ride and you’ll get directions about Lisbon Airport pickup points directly in the app.  The address to the hotel is: Rua Castilho 64, 1250-071 Lisboa, Portugal

• For Ubers, when selecting your pick up location please use "Terminal 1 Kiss and Fly". When you exit baggage claim please head to the right and up the escalators 1 level. At the top of the escalators please exit out of the doors directly to the left and cross over to the pick up location parking area.
• Drivers may not wait or circle the terminal if you are delayed, so it’s best to request your ride once you’re ready to leave.

Please Note: The Iberostar Hotel is about 15-20 minutes from Lisbon Airport. Lyft is NOT Available in Lisbon.

 

*** Check-in time is 3:00pm. Early check-in was requested for early arrivals but this is not guaranteed.  

Please note that a hold will be placed on your credit card for incidentals at the time of check-in. The unused amount will be released back to your credit card within 7 days of checking out! If you do not have a credit card and need to use a debit card, please note the hold will deduct money out of your account until you check out. 

6:30 - 8:30 PM - Welcome Reception. We will be hosting an welcome reception tonight at the Iberostar Hotel! Drinks and small bites will be served. Please note that this reception is optional and not mandatory to attend.

The buffet breakfast at Iberostar Selection Lisboa is served daily from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM in Luz Restaurant. Enjoy an extensive selection of fresh pastries, breads, seasonal fruit, hot breakfast favorites, made-to-order coffee, juices, Portuguese specialties, and international breakfast options. This breakfast buffet is included in your stay! We recommend eating breakfast prior to the start of today's meetings.

 

9:00am - 4:30pm- Constructor SKO Meetings - Content days will be hosted in the Lisboa 1, 2, & 3 meeting room. More details to follow on the agenda. 

 

7:00pm-9:00pm: Constructor Group Dinner!  Join us tonight for dinner, drinks, and a fun night out in Lisbon. Dinner and drinks will be served.

9:00am - 3:30pm Constructor SKO Meetings - Content days will be hosted in the Lisboa 1, 2, & 3 meeting room. More details to follow on the agenda. 

4:00 - 6:00pm - Constructor Takes Lisbon! This afternoon we will be heading out to explore Lisbon for some fun and sightseeing!

 

7:30pm: SKO Group Dinners - Tonight you will enjoy small group dinners at local restaurants around Lisbon. Your designated restaurant will be provided in your personalized Trip Plans itinerary prior to the event.
