If your flight has already been booked through AllFly, all flight changes should be managed by the you as the traveler. If you can't change it and reach out to AllFly then all extra ticketing costs are covered by the team member and not Constructor. You will be receiving an invitation from Executive Group Travel with your approved arrival date. We ask that you please use your best judgement when booking your flight. This process is a seamless way for you to plan your own travel for the 2026 Constructor Retreat in Panama. Please review the policies below ahead of booking your flight:
- All flights must be booked into and out of one of the two Panama International Airports. If you are looking to extend your trip, that is ok, however the in between flights from your first destination to Panama and/or your flight from your second destination after the event back home would need to be booked separately by you. They will NOT be approved within the event budget.
- All flights must be booked in the main cabin with economy seats. Preferred or upgraded seats are NOT permitted by Constructor. After you complete the flight booking process, you can then use the Airline confirmation number and your last name on the airline's website or mobile app to update your seat preferences.
- Once you book your flight, you will be responsible for any changes that are needed to the reservation as you will own the reservation.

If you are looking to extend your trip at the host hotel, the Westin Playa Bonita, please reach out to Executive Group Travel prior to booking your flights to confirm the availability at the resort. The all-inclusive rate to extend at the host hotel is $280 per night which includes the 10% tax and fees. If you extend your trip elsewhere in Panama, you are free to book your own accommodations.
Booking instructions for your travelers:
- Enter your work email and name, then click “Accept Invitation.”
- Create your password.
- Complete your travel profile. Make sure your name is exactly as shown on your passport or driver's license!
- Next, add any airline loyalty numbers or frequent flier numbers if applicable.
- Once your account is set up, click “here” to login using the email and password you just created.
- From the events page, click “Book flight.”
- Here, you can search for your preferred flights, add guests if approved, pay for any upgrades, etc.
- Select your seat from the seat map.
- If you would like to upgrade to a cabin class outside of your trip's policy, you can select your preferred cabin class and pay for the remaining difference of the upgrade.
- Review your selected flights. Click "Book it" to submit your flight request. Your request will be reviewed by AllFly's ticketing team to ensure it is within policy. Once confirmed, your flight will be ticketed and you will be sent your flight confirmation via email within 24 hours.

Things to know:
- To enter Panama, travelers from most countries generally need a valid passport with at least 3-6 months of validity and proof of onward or return travel. Please note that you are responsible to understand the travel requirements to travel to and from your home country. *This is NOT the responsibility of Executive Group Travel.*
- The hotel is located approximately 20-35 minutes from the Marcos A. Gelabert International Airport (PAC) and the Tocumen International Airport (PTY). All flights will be booked to and from one of these airports.
