Travel day to Tenerife (please note that you will be flying into the Tenerife-South airport (TPS) or Tenerife-North Airport (TFN).

*** Check-in time is 3:00pm. Early check-in was requested for early arrivals but this is not guaranteed.  

Please note that a hold will be placed on your credit card for incidentals at the time of check-in. The unused amount will be released back to your credit card within 7 days of checking out! If you do not have a credit card and need to use a debit card, please note the hold will deduct money out of your account until you check out. We recommend alerting your bank of the upcoming travels so you have no issues using the card.

Upon arrival in Tenerife, please completely exit the airport and you will find a Constructor sign for your transfer to the hotel. Please see your Travefy individual itinerary for full details on pickup. 

• You can use the pool/beach while waiting to check in to your room while also storing your luggage. The spa/gym is available to change and shower once you arrive.

7:00 - 9:00 PM - Welcome Cocktail Hour. Please join us for a group Cocktail Hour on the Sixteenth Rooftop Terrace to kick off the week. Heavy appetizers and drinks will be served.

Prior to or after the cocktail hour, you are on your own for dinner. We highly recommend making reservations in advance for your open nights. Click here for all of the dining options at the resort. If you are looking for a little more food after the event, we recommend heading to Sessions for the buffet as it is open seating!

8:00 AM - Breakfast on own prior to today's meetings. Sessions Restaurant opens at 8:00 AM.

9:00am - 12:00pm- Welcome and Retreat Kickoff. Content days will be hosted in the Avalon I & II meeting rooms. More details to follow on the agenda. Coffee service will be available during breaks.

Lunch on Own after the today's meeting and can be found at the following restaurants at the resort:

• Sessions Restaurant: 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM
• Splash Pool Bar: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM | 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM
• Beach Club Restaurant: 3:00 PM - 4:30 PM

Afternoon Free

Kick back and relax this afternoon and enjoy all the resort has to offer while networking with your co-workers. The hotel offers a unique aquatic experience on the island: sunbathe on the loungers, take part in one of the many pool sports activities. 6:30 - 8:30pm - Department Dinners - Tonight you will enjoy dinner with your department at one of the restaurants on site. Please refer to your personalized itinerary for your restaurant assignment.

8:00pm-12:00am: Constructor Karaoke Night! Join us at any time between 8-12 at the 3rd Half Sports bar!

9:00 AM - 12:00 PM - Constructor.io Offsite Meetings. The meetings will be hosted in the Avalon I & II meeting rooms. More details to follow on the agenda. Coffee service will be available during breaks.

1:15 - 5:30 PM - Boat Tour! Company Wide Outing on the Freebird Catamaran. This afternoon we will be hosting a group outing to experience Tenerife. Please meet in the Group's Lobby for a 1:15 PM departure from the hotel to the dock. We will return to the hotel between 5:15 and 5:30 PM.
