Travel day to Panama for all attendees.  Constructor is providing group transportation to the hotel upon arrival.  The drive from the PAC or PTY airport should take approximately 20-35 minutes.

*Check-in time is 3:00pm but you may store your luggage and freshen up at the hotel. Your all-inclusive package begins with dinner today*

Please note that a hold will be placed on your personal credit card for incidentals at the time of check-in. The unused amount will be released back to your credit card within 7 days of checking out!

Upon arrival, Constructor has arranged transportation for you from the airport to the Westin Playa Bonita. Once you collect your luggage and exit immigration to the arrivals hall, your driver will be holding a sign with the Constructor Logo. The hotel is located about 20-35 minutes from both airports.

Afternoon at Leisure. 

7:00 - 9:00pm - Welcome Cocktail Hour. Join us tonight for a cocktail hour with heavy appetizers and drinks to kick off a great week in Panama with all your Constructor colleagues. Tonight's event will be hosted at the hotel at Oceanica. 

Prior to or after the Cocktail Hour, enjoy dinner at your leisure as there are plenty of options to choose from. We highly recommend making dinner reservations in advance for your open nights as reservations are required at Asiana and Tierra & Fuego Restaurants. No reservations are needed at Pacifica or Starfish.

Ahead of today's meetings, please grab breakfast on your own. A buffet is offered daily at Pacifica, while at Starfish Grill you can order a la carte or buffet style dining. La Micaela Cafe is also available daily beginning at 9:00am for coffee.

9:00am - 12:00pm- Welcome and Retreat Kickoff - Content days will be hosted in the Westin Ballroom. More details to follow on the agenda. 

Lunch and Afternoon at Leisure. After this morning's meeting, this afternoon is all yours. For those looking for lunch, Pacifica, Starfish, and the Orégano Italian Deli offer lunch daily beginning at 12:00 PM.

Kick back and relax this afternoon and enjoy all the resort has to offer while networking with your co-workers. The beachfront hotel offers a beautiful beach just steps from your hotel room, three infinity pools, and daily activities. Stay tuned for the weekly activity calendar for May! For those looking to recharge, head over to the Sensory Spa and book a massage, take a yoga class, or check out the resort's other holistic therapies. A reminder any spa services are NOT included in your all-inclusive package and would be an additional charge you would be responsible to cover. The fitness studio is also available 24 hours a day, including use of their sauna and steam rooms.

6:00 - 8:00pm - Department Dinners - Tonight you will enjoy dinner with your department at one of the restaurants on site. Please refer to your personalized itinerary for your restaurant assignment.

9:00pm-12:00am: Constructor Hosted Event. Join us at any time between 9-12 at Oceanica for some fun!
